6 Fistral Beach is a luxury self-catering holiday apartment situated on the second floor in a small development of seven units. It has two double bedrooms sleeping four adults, a family bathroom and en-suite to the master bedroom. A child’s fold-up cot is included as standard. The apartment has underfloor heating and ceiling downlighting throughout and is fully equipped for a relaxing and comfortable family holiday.
Situated on the Pentire headland with sweeping views across Fistral Bay, the apartment has an allocated off-road parking space and your own dedicated surf locker. Communal facilities include an outside shower and bin-store.

Lounge / Dining Area
The lounge has floor-to-ceiling double glazed windows with Juliet balcony doors, making the apartment light and airy in Summer but warm and cosy in Winter. The expanse of glass gives amazing uninterrupted views across Fistral Bay where there is always something of interest to see. Opening the Juliet Balcony doors adds the sound of the ocean into the mix.
Two comfortable 3-seater leather sofas are positioned around a low coffee table, ideal for relaxing with a drink or snack, watching TV, or simply taking in the outside view.
The lounge and dining areas have dimmable ceiling downlighters. Dimming the ceiling lights and supplementing with the table lamps provides a warm and cosy ambience for evenings indoors.
The dining table extends to sit 6 people comfortably – an extra dining chair can be found in each of the bedrooms if required.
There is a 50″ Andriod Smart Freeview TV with Blu-ray DVD player, a selection of DVDs (including children’s), maps and a selection of family board games for rainy days.
A Sonos speaker allows you to connect and play music, either from your own personal device, or from various online accounts.
There is also a picnic basket, with cool bag and ice blocks – great for an evening trip to The Minack Theatre or a picnic on the beach. We also have a selection of cookery books for guest use.
Kitchen
A small complimentary amenity pack is supplied for your arrival; Tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk and biscuits, along with cleaning clothes and tea towels for your use .The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast bar and two stools there is everything you will need for your holiday:
- A built-in fridge/freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and wine-cooler
- Microwave, Dulce Gusto and filter coffee makers, toaster and kettle. Cookware, cutlery, crockery glasses and mugs are provided for 6
- Also provided is a set of colourful child’s plastic plates, bowls, cups and cutlery
Hallway
A Video entry-phone keeps you secure. A master lighting-on/off card holder turns off the lights and towel rails when you lift it from the holder, but leaves all other electrical items working. There is an automatic night-light / emergency torch by the front door. Childs night lights are supplied too. Inside the hall cupboard is a washer/dryer, ironing board, iron, over-bath clothes airer and shopping bags. A Vacuum cleaner is also supplied.
Master Bedroom & En-suite
The Master bedroom is a large twin-aspect room with glimpses of the sea. It is furnished with a comfortable King-size bed with bedside tables, two chests of drawers and a double wardrobe all in solid oak. Two bedside lamps, DAB clock-radio, 24″ Freeview TV, hair-dryer and full-length mirror are provided. There is also a smaller wall-mounted mirror situated near to a power socket for convenience when using the hair-dryer.
Bedding and towels are provided. There are two King-size duvets: 10.5 tog and 4.5 tog, for you to choose from.
The en-suite has a large walk-in shower with WC and hand basin, a large mirror with shaver point alongside, and a heated towel rail. Natural light from an opening window makes for a light and airy room, whilst an extractor fan helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
Second Bedroom
The second bedroom has two full-size single beds, with a fold up child’s cot provided. It is furnished with a solid oak double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bedside table. Bedside lamps, DAB clock-radio, 24″ Freeview TV, hair dryer and full-length mirror are provided. There is also a smaller wall-mounted mirror situated near to a power socket for convenience when using the hair-dryer.
Bedding and towels are provided. There are two single duvets for each bed: 10.5 tog and 4.5 tog, for you to choose from.
Family Bathroom
The family bathroom has a deep bath with overhead shower and glass shower-screen, WC and hand basin, a large mirror with shaver point alongside, and a heated towel rail. An anti slip shower/bath mat is supplied
Natural light from an opening window above the bath makes for a light and airy room, whilst an extractor fan helps maintain a pleasant atmosphere.
Outside Area
There is one allocated parking space for guests with further free parking on Esplanade Road.
The bin store is situated in the middle of a line of wooden cabins adjacent to the outside beach shower in the car park area. There are two separate bins:
- General waste – using black bin liners
- Loose glass bottles
- Unfortunately we cannot currently recycle other forms of waste.
There is an outside beach shower cabin – cold water only – for rinsing off sand etc. before entering the apartment.
A large surfboard locker for 6 Fistral Beach is situated up the steps along the right-hand side of the building. This is secured using the apartment key and has hooks for hanging up wet suits and other items to dry, as well as being large enough to store bicycles, buckets & spades, surfboards etc.
