Yes – there is one free allocated off street parking space, with more free parking on Esplanade Road.

Yes- to all floors.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately not – due to building regulations.
Are towels and bedding supplied?
Yes – Towels and bedding are supplied for your stay.
Can we smoke?
No – this is a no smoking apartment, due to building regulations.
How can I remove sand before going into the apartment?
There is an outside shower cubicle to use for this, next to the bin store in the car park.
Is there somewhere to store surf boards?
Yes – there is a dedicated surf locker situated along the side of the building for surf boards, bicycles,buckets and spades etc. There are also hooks to hang up your wet suits to dry in there.

What wildlife might I see during my stay?
Plenty of seagulls, cormorants, gannets along with dolphins, seals and the occasional harmless basking shark have been seen along the shores and in Newquay Town Quay.
